Yeah, I don't have too many concerns with Whitehead, but Joyner for me is a bit of an issue, mainly because I don't believe we have a FS on the roster who will be much better if any better at all. Davis only got one snap on Sunday, all be it it was a good one. Adams played sparingly as well, looks as though the jets really believe in Joyner.
Fair comment. I would still like to see an improvement at that position, I haven’t been impressed by either Joiner or Whitehead in the first 2 games, stats seem to confirm that.

No, thank goodness we didn't sign Marcus Maye. He is a very good safety but too much off the field issues. He also hid his DWI arrest from the Jets.

Joyner should have retired. He just isn’t good now and makes the SS cover too much ground. I expect Adams to become a starter before mid-season.
