John Benton preaches precision in his system and it normally takes most linemen time to get accustomed to the way he likes things done. I’d agree that AVT’s pass sets will improve but not as much as people want or think they should.
You're absolutely right about that. It takes time and it is precision and we need to remember that play calls in this offense are long and complicated, and although the lineman are listening for one very particular part of that call, it's easy and understandable that a rookie may get a little confused.
