Wow! What a great look at the DT position heading into the final month leading up to the draft. To be honest I think DT and OG are probably the two least discussed positions ( other than special teams specialists) so this was great. While I am well aware of our need I have to admit I hadn’t done much homework on that spot yet. This was a great head start. 👍

Appreciate that Ron. Not an exhaustive list, but wanted a quick hit list for players who fit the Jets system at different stages of the draft. Going to do the same for OT, C and LB before the draft and maybe a few others.

Surprised not to see Karl Brooks, defensive tackle from Bowling Green on the list.

Supposedly had an excellent senior bowl week but was not a combine invitee.

Quite a few draft writers have him going in the 4-6 range.

I cut and pasted his profile, you give me too much credit. Then again I’m earning my pay as historian

Apologies for the late response, it's been a crazy day today in my real work.

The only reason Brooks isn't here is because I had him best utilised as a 4-3 defensive end based on his frame but also I'm not sold on his ability to stuff the run inside. Could be completely wrong on him and maybe he can play inside at the next level, I think part of the issue is that a lot of people disagree where he'll be best deployed at the next level. But that's the only reason I don't have him on here, but he did have an outstanding senior bowl.
