Happy cutdown day. For us it’s an exciting time as we find out the team we hope will lead us to the promise land. For the players, some will see their NFL dreams come to an end and that’s the harsh reality of professional sports.

It’s also important to remember that the relief of making the 53 can be short lived. For those players who make it by the skin of their teeth, they can quickly be replaced. That’s more common for teams at the bottom of the power rankings, but it can happen anywhere.

🟢 The Jets began to cut down their roster yesterday and no real surprises on the players who got their marching orders. Safety Al Blades Jr, defensive end Jalen Twyman and running back Xavian Valladay were all informed they'd be cut.

⚪ Former Jets RB Dalvin Cook is visiting with the Cowboys in the hope that he can salvage his career. His time with the Jets was absolutely disastrous.
