Any thought into Middleton going to watch Jelani Woods? With our two TE signings an option like Woods has been a popular pick in the 4th/5th rounds. Definitely carries more potential than maybe all the TE’s.

It's definitely an interesting one as Middleton got to see plenty of TE's at the Senior Bowl, it makes sense to send him in person to see Woods who played in the Shrine Bowl. He scored a perfect 10 with his relative athletic score, only other guy to do that was former Jet Anthony Becht, so he has all the athleticism in the world but his hands have been a little inconsistent (10.2% drop rate in 2021). As a middle to later round guy I think there is appeal to add him to the TE room with Conklin, Uzomah and Yeboah.

It seems that Douglas is a big proponent of RAS scores, good news for Melton & Watson, not very good news for Arkansas WR Burke’s. Because of depth at WR Jets draft a WR in the second and fourth round. Curious to see what the Offensive Tackle market looks like, Fant as a Left Tackle, and the Fourth overall pick. Jets trade down scenarios could be more about Tackles than QB’s.

Yeah Melton is a really interesting one, Jets coached him at the Senior Bowl and he did well there, so we have all the intel we need. Burks has had such a disappointing pre-draft process so far, wonder how much it impacts his stock? I wonder if that's why they're meeting Cross in particular, a guy who could be there between 10-20, move back, pick up another selection. I'm still not fond of an OT in the first, but it's an interesting one to watch. If a team wants to come up for Ekwonu, then Jets should be all ears for that trade offer.
